0734 INTRODUCTION TO CABINETRY (TE1922)
Grades 9 - 12 Elective Year Course This is a hands-on course introducing the student to the tools, materials and processes of carpentry. The student will develop skills in design and the construction of projects while working safely with hand and power tools.

Grades 10 - 12 Elective Year (Semester Option) Pre-requisite: Manufacturing Technology 0734 This course will develop advanced skills and processes of cabinet making. Instruction will include cabinet drafting and layout, cutting, shaping, assembling, hardware installation, with training in employability skills, including leadership, human relations and safe, efficient work practices. Course Fee: $10.50 per semester.
0731 DIGITAL IMAGINGTECHNOLOGY (TE 1953)
Grades 10 -12 Elective Semester Course Pre-requisite: None This is an introductory class exploring communication technologies. Specific areas that students will explore are the production of videos, black and white photography, digital photography and computer applications.FEE: $5.25 0743 VIDEO EDITING TECHNOLOGY (TE1959)
Grade 11-12 Elective Year Course Pre-requisite: None This is a "hands on" class in Broadcast Technology. The class will produce a bi-monthly local magazine show like Channel 1, covering life at Weiser High School. Specific areas of study will include reporting, interviewing skills, anchoring, producing, and editing and camera operation. 0739 INTRODUCTION TO DRAFTING TECHNOLOGY (TE 0220)
Grades 9 - 12 Elective Fall Semester Pre-requisite: None This is an entry-level course which addresses the concepts and skills needed to transfer ideas into an easily understood graphic language or drawing. Drafting tools and the computer are used to make basic multi-view and isometric drawings. Drafting is an essential skill for any student seeking a career in Architecture, Engineering and Drafting. Grades 9 - 12 Elective Spring Semester Pre-requisite: Introduction to Drafting Technology A course that explores Architecture and the drawing involved in that field. The student will study the materials, processes and concepts involved in blueprints in the areas of residential and commercial construction. The final project is to design and draw a complete set of plans for a dream house. 0741 INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING (CAD) (TE 0303)
Grades 10 - 12 Elective Year Course Pre-requisite: Intro to Drafting Technology / Intro to Architecture Drafting Class sign up is by instructor approval only. A course that explores drafting through the application of the computer. Students will use the operations and features of the CAD software to plot out Mechanical and Architectural drawings. This course will assist individuals in making occupational choices in the fields of Architecture Engineering and Drafting. FEE: $7.75
