We believe student achievement can best be accomplished by:

• Aligning standards-based curriculum to provide a comprehensive and challenging educational program for all students.
• Using assessment results to inform instruction and provide relevant and meaningful feedback to students and teachers.
• Setting high academic expectations for all students, regardless of their circumstances, and providing them with the necessary support to be successful.
• Developing a highly trained and motivated staff that works together to promote the highest possible levels of student achievement.
• Accepting responsibility, as staff, for being the most important factor in student learning, achievement, and in promoting responsible citizenship.
• Creating and maintaining a positive and safe environment that recognizes and celebrates academic accomplishments and growth.
