Weiser Middle School Announcements

Applications for Aides are due by the end of the day today. We will be going through applications and letting students know if they are chosen.

 

There are summer basketball camp fliers in the office for any middle school boy interested in playing. We also have color guard camp fliers in the office for any middle school student interested.   

 

The theme for the end of the year dance will be Hawaiian. The dance will be held at WMS on May 14th from 4:00 - 6:00. This is for WMS students only. Students must be in attendance all day in order to attend and dress code does apply.

Wolverine Sports

TRACK-Practice after school, get changed and meet on the practice field. Tomorrow's practice will also be on the middle school practice field due to the high school track meet.

 

TENNIS-Tennis match at home today vs Fruitland. Athletes head straight over to the tennis courts when the bell rings. Good luck!

Our WMS academic team is headed to Vale today to participate in their academic bowl. Good luck to our team members. 

 

Sign ups for the capture the flag lunch tournament are happening now.  Teams of 8. The tourney will start on Monday, April 13th. See Mrs. Dickerson at lunch by the end of the school day today to sign up!

Tuesday

                                           April 7, 2026  

 

This week is Assistant Principal week so if you see Mr. Parsons around, thank him for all he does for all of us at WMS! 

 

There will be a student council meeting today during advisory.

 

Sign ups for the capture the flag lunch tournament is happening now.  Teams of 8.  Tourney will start on Monday, April 13th. Mrs. Dickerson at lunch by the end of the school day tomorrow to sign up!

 

Student reminder: the weather is getting warmer so please remember that shorts need to be 6” above the middle of the knee or less. Please review the dress code in the handbook. 

 

Applications for Aides are due by the end of the day on Thursday, April 9th. If you picked up an application please turn it into the office.

 

There will be a summer basketball camp for 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys interested. It will be put on by a former NBA player. The cost is $75, we have flyers in the office. 

 

Any middle school students interested in color guard camp the dates will be May 1st-5th in the aux gym at the high school. The fee is $50 and must be paid to the rec dept. by April 22nd.
