Monday

                                           October 5, 2026 

 

The volleyball girls traveled to Fruitland on Thursday to take on the Grizzlies. The 8th grade A team beat the Grizzlies. Saturday they participated in the SRV district tournament in Cole Valley. The 8th grade girls lost to Fruitland in the 3rd set. Way to go to a great season ladies!

 

This is our last full week of 1st quarter! Time flies when you are having fun!

 

Athletes who plan on participating in girls basketball beginning today or wrestling beginning next Monday must have all paperwork completed and turned into the office in order to be eligible to practice. 

 

We have several 7th and 8th grade students missing required paperwork to use computing devices. We have sent out several reminder notes. I will send out an updated list to teachers, please help us gather up missing paperwork.

 

6th grade students, we have fit for fun forms,  where if you complete 20 hours of physical activity during October/November you can earn a free pass to Wahooz! Forms are due by Dec. 3rd.  Late forms will NOT be accepted! Extra forms are in the office or you can get one from Mrs. Dickerson.  

 

School Lunch

Today our grab and go option will be BBQ chicken sandwich or corn dog, veggie cup, applesauce and choice of milk

                                           October 1, 2026 

 

The football team traveled to Cole Valley yesterday. 7th grade won 39-6 and 8th grade put up a good fight. 

 

The cross country team traveled to Payette. Shaylie Wilkins finished 1st, Mae Strasser finished 3rd and Laurel Parsons finished 12th. Landon Hale finished 20th for the boys. Way to go to all our runners!

 

Today the library art contest pictures are due. We can't wait to see all the entries.

 

We need more 7th grade girl basketball players! If you are interested in learning more about basketball, come to the office and sign up. There will be a 7th grade girls basketball meeting during lunch today in the conference room. Pizza will be provided. 

 

7th grade basketball tryouts will be Monday 4:00-5:30. 8th grade basketball tryouts will be 5:30-7:00. Please be dressed and ready to go.

                                           September 30, 2026 

 

Our September student of the month winners are Jane Crossley and Joseph McPhearson for 6th grade. Connor Clark and Kelsey Mordhorst for 7th grade and Dylan Dickerson and Emma Terry for 8th grade. These students demonstrated the wolverine way throughout the month by being respectful, responsible and safe and fully participated in school events. Way to go to all our winners. We will take pictures on Tuesday October 6th during advisory.

Volleyball: 7th A practice 4-5:30 at the hs aux gym, 7th B 4:00-5:30 at the ms gym, 8th A 5:30-7:00 at the hs aux gym and 8th grade B 5:30-7:00 @ ms gym.

 

Cross Country: the cross country team is headed to Payette today to run at Kiwanis Park, the bus will leave at 3:45. Races begin at 5:00. Good luck!
