All Weiser High School athletes are required to complete and return an Athletic Packet EACH YEAR. All forms of the packet must be completed (signed and medical approval, from Dr., parents, and student) before the first day of practice.

If the athlete is going to "FREE PHYSICAL" night, the physical paper needs to be signed by parents/students, first.

In accordance with Idaho Code Section 33-1625, the Weiser School District is providing information below to parents and athletes. We encourage all parents, and athletes to educate themselves about the recognition and treatment of concussions.
